Fast, efficient and friendly. Did a great job installing new lifts on our garage doors. Would highly recommend this company.

My garage door broke yesterday. I was in a panic. My car was inside the garage. I called Valley and they sent someone out later in the same day. The technician was busy but the owner kept calling to reassure me he was coming. The technician arrived at about 7:00 pm. He was efficient and friendly! Door was fixed properly and he gave me ideas for maintenance. I felt cared for and thankful!!! Dori Hewitson

The team from Valley Garage doors was excellent. =they had my new garage door opener installed quickly and explained everything that they were doing. They showed me how to download the app which controls the door as well. They also showed me how to receive alerts if someone is opening the door. A spring broke on our garage door and we were unable to open it at all. Trevor came and fixed the spring but also any broken hinges so that the garage door functioned even better than it previously did.

I sent a email to Valley Garage door on Friday afternoon during the Christmas break and on the Monday, I get a phone call asking how could they help. We scheduled a service call on Tuesday and I got a call right at the appointed time saying that they were a bit late because of a previous call. It also had snowed the night before so traffic was a bit slower, etc.

Trever arrived minutes later and checked my garage door over and said there was no real issues with the door. All it needed was a good lube and it would be fine.

It has been our experience with service calls, that there is always an issue which needs to be fixed. Nope, not this time. Trever lubes everything up. Showed me how to do it and said, do this once a year and you’ll be fine. If you have a breakage or something more serious please give us a call.

I will be phoning this company anytime I have an issue with my garage door and would not hesitate in recommending them to all my friends and relatives.

While we love the door, we didn’t love the lack of communication, or the the almost 13 weeks it took to get the door. We would be hard pressed to recommend this service to our friends.

Called Trevor yesterday and he came today. Fixed our door for a lot less than we expected. He was friendly and explained why the door broke and explained what to do to keep our door in good shape. I highly recommend Valley!
