C$10 by Mastercard and you get 50 spins on Big Bass Bonanza with no wagering, so whatever they pay is cash. No minimum withdrawal either. It's the cleanest use of ten dollars on this list.

Card deposits start at C$20, as does the 100% up to C$2,000. E-wallets are excluded from that bonus, which makes Mastercard one of the cleaner ways in. Interac withdrawals land the same day; the library tops 6,000 games.

Mastercard is the first thing most people reach for, and for a deposit that small it usually works. Usually. The catch is that the casino's headline minimum and the card minimum aren't always the same number, and the welcome bonus can have a third number of its own.
Every casino listed takes Mastercard from Canadian players and pays out to Interac. I put them in order of how far C$10 goes: PlayOJO first because its spins carry no wagering at all, Woo last because it won't take less than C$20 from anybody and the bonus wants C$25.
This is for people who want to try a casino with a small amount on a card they already have. If you're chasing a big match bonus, the maths in the wagering section matters more than the minimum. If your card keeps bouncing, skip to the part about declines.
C$10 or C$20: the card minimum
The headline minimum on a casino's banner is usually the Interac number. Card limits get set separately, and three casinos here quietly double them. Here is the full picture for all eight.
| Casino | Mastercard min | Interac min | Bonus needs |
|---|
| PlayOJO | C$10 | C$10 | C$10 |
| Wildz | C$10 | C$10 | C$10 |
| Casumo | C$10 | C$10 | C$10 |
| Royal Vegas | C$10 | C$10 | C$10 |
| Mirax | C$10 | C$10 | C$20 |
| LeoVegas | C$20 | C$10 | C$20 |
| Casino Days | C$20 | C$10 | C$20 |
| Woo Casino | C$20 | C$20 | C$25 |
Four casinos let C$10 on a Mastercard do everything: fund the account and trigger the welcome offer. Mirax takes the C$10 but won't give you the bonus for it. At LeoVegas and Casino Days the card field simply won't accept less than C$20, so if you only want to put in ten, use Interac there instead.
One more thing. A deposit that clears isn't the same as a deposit that qualifies. If you send C$10 to Mirax expecting the first-deposit package, you'll play with C$10 of your own money and nothing else. Read the bonus minimum, not the cashier minimum. It takes ten seconds and saves the annoying support chat afterwards.
Depositing C$10 by Mastercard
Step 1Check the card minimum
Open the cashier and pick Mastercard before you decide on an amount. If it says C$20, either pay that or switch to Interac.
Step 2Use the debit card if you have one
Debit Mastercards get declined less often for gambling and don't trigger cash-advance fees.
Step 3Pass 3-D Secure
Keep your banking app open. Approve the prompt quickly; a timeout reads as a decline.
Step 4Opt in or out of the bonus
Some casinos ask at deposit time. If the wagering is 35× or higher and you only have ten dollars, opting out is a reasonable call.
Step 5Add a withdrawal method
Set up Interac or an e-wallet and upload ID now, since the money won't go back to the card.
Debit, credit and the bank's veto
Mastercard in Canada comes in two flavours. A Mastercard credit card is borrowed money, and many Canadian banks block gambling transactions on credit outright or code them as cash advances, with the fee and the interest from day one. A Mastercard debit card (the kind a lot of banks now issue as your everyday bank card) pulls straight from chequing, and banks tend to be less fussy about it.
When a C$10 deposit gets declined, it's almost never the casino. It's the issuer. Here's what fixes it most of the time:
- Call the number on the back of the card and ask whether online gambling merchants are blocked. Sometimes they'll lift it, sometimes they won't. At least you'll know.
- Try the debit Mastercard instead of the credit one.
- Finish the 3-D Secure step. That's the pop-up or app prompt from your bank asking you to confirm the payment. If it times out or you close it, the deposit fails and looks like a decline.
- Check that the name on the casino account matches the card exactly.
Don't hammer the button five times. Repeated failed attempts can get the card flagged for fraud, and then you're on the phone for something else entirely. If the bank won't budge, Interac is sitting right there in every cashier on this page.
Getting money out, and what the rollover costs you
Mastercard is a one-way door at most casinos. You can pay in with it; you usually can't withdraw to it. Every casino here sends winnings out through something else: Interac at all eight, plus MuchBetter, iDebit, Instadebit or Bitcoin depending on the brand. Set that method up early, because the casino will ask you to verify your identity before the first payout anyway.
Minimum withdrawals matter more than people think when you started with ten dollars. PlayOJO has none. Wildz, Casumo, LeoVegas, Casino Days and Mirax want C$20. Royal Vegas and Woo want C$50, which on a C$10 deposit means you need to quintuple your money before you can touch it.
Then there's wagering. On a C$10 matched deposit, the numbers look like this:
- PlayOJO: nothing. Spin winnings are cash.
- Wildz: 35× a C$10 bonus, so C$350 in bets.
- Casumo: 30× deposit plus bonus, so C$600.
- Royal Vegas: 35× the bonus on its first-deposit match.
At the C$20 casinos, LeoVegas asks 25× the bonus, Casino Days 35×, Woo 40× and Mirax 45×. On a small balance, 45× is a long road. I'd take the no-wager spins or skip the bonus entirely and keep the deposit clean.
Mastercard deposit questions
Why does my Mastercard get declined at online casinos?
Usually your bank has blocked gambling merchants, especially on credit cards. A failed 3-D Secure confirmation looks the same. Call the bank or try a debit Mastercard.
Can I withdraw casino winnings to my Mastercard?
At the casinos on this page, no. Winnings go out through Interac or an e-wallet such as MuchBetter. Plan for that before your first deposit.
Is a credit card deposit treated as a cash advance?
Some Canadian issuers code gambling as a cash advance, which means a fee and interest from the day of the transaction. Check your card agreement or ask the bank. A debit Mastercard avoids it.
Which casinos take a C$10 Mastercard deposit?
PlayOJO, Wildz, Casumo, Royal Vegas and Mirax. LeoVegas and Casino Days want C$20 by card, and Woo Casino won't take less than C$20 from any method.
Does a C$10 card deposit get the welcome bonus?
At PlayOJO, Wildz, Casumo and Royal Vegas, yes. Mirax needs C$20 for its package and Woo needs C$25.
Are there fees on Mastercard casino deposits?
Most casinos here don't publish one. Mirax's payments page lists 2.5% on cards. Your bank may add its own charge on credit cards.
